ORDERS & SHIPPING
How long does shipping take?
Most orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Standard shipping typically takes 5-7 business days. Expedited options are available at checkout.
Do you ship internationally?
Currently we ship within the United States. We are working on expanding international shipping and will announce when it becomes available.
How can I track my order?
Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number on the carrier's website to track your delivery.
Can I change or cancel my order?
We process orders quickly! If you need to make a change or cancel, please contact us within 2 hours of placing your order at holly@ihub.global. After that, we cannot guarantee changes can be made.
RETURNS & REFUNDS
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return policy. Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition you received them.
How do I start a return?
Email us at holly@ihub.global with your order number and reason for return. We'll provide you with a return shipping label and instructions.
When will I receive my refund?
Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after we receive and inspect your returned item. The refund will be credited to your original payment method.

Are your products high quality?
Absolutely! Every product in our collection is carefully selected for quality, design, and durability. We only carry products we would be proud to use in our own homes.
How do I care for my products?
Care instructions vary by product. You'll find specific care instructions on each product page and on the product label/packaging.
Do you offer gift wrapping?
Yes! Gift wrapping is available at checkout for a small fee. We can also include a personalized gift message at no charge.

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover), PayPal, Apple Pay, and Google Pay.
Is my payment information secure?
Yes! Our store uses industry-standard SSL encryption to protect your payment information. We never store your full card details on our servers.
