SHIPPING POLICY
Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number once your order has shipped.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Times
Standard Shipping (5-7 business days): FREE on orders over $50 / $4.99 on orders under $50
Expedited Shipping (2-3 business days): $12.99
Overnight Shipping (1 business day): $24.99
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you'll receive a tracking number via email. Please allow 24-48 hours for the tracking information to update on the carrier's website.
Shipping Restrictions
We currently ship to all 50 U.S. states. We do not ship to P.O. boxes for expedited or overnight shipping.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us immediately at holly@ihub.global. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue and ensure you receive your order or a full replacement.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES POLICY
30-Day Return Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy for any reason, you may return most items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.
Conditions for Returns
To be eligible for a return, items must be:
- Unused and in the same condition as received
- - In the original packaging
- - Accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Items marked as "Final Sale"
- - Gift cards
- - Opened hygiene or personal care products
How to Initiate a Return
- Email us at holly@ihub.global with your order number and reason for return
- 2. We will email you a prepaid return shipping label
- 3. Package your item securely and drop it off at the nearest shipping location
- 4. Once received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days
Exchanges
If you'd like to exchange an item for a different size, color, or product, please follow the same return process and specify what you'd like instead. We'll ship your exchange item as soon as we receive the return.
Refund Processing
Refunds are credited to your original payment method within 5-7 business days after we receive and inspect your return. You will receive an email confirmation when your refund has been processed.
